How much to you know about your Core ?

Learning how to engage and activate your deep core muscles in a safe way, you need to do the exercises properly and safely.  This will allow you to get the most strong, toned and lean core.

If you want to get a noticeable difference, flattening, synching the waist and tightening the core – you need to work out 3 times a week!

The TVA (Transverse Abdominus) is our built-in inner corset that draws everything in 360 degrees, rather than the Rectus Abdominus (superficial muscle)

Working deep muscles fibres gives you more noticeable results.  Just doing RA crunches only works the muscles on the outside, the superficial muscles, rather than those deep on the inside.
