
Fitness Pilates with Hand weights
Today’s class at Stisted Village Hall 0930-1015 we completed a workout with hand weights using one and two. The first class of a new month the participants bring along their hand weights and we work on strength and endurance. In my recent newsletter I talked about how to help lower blood pressure and this was something that was discussed on the BBC the week before last. So we did just what they advised, we help an exercise in a static isometric position for 2 minutes. It wasn’t an easy class but the group did so well.
