
Fitness Pilates with Hand Weights @ Wethersfield Village Hall Wednesdays 1100-1145 (weighted workout the 1st week of every month)
Today I wanted to share with you what we get up to on the first week of every month.
Today’s class we powered our way through a focused Fitness Pilates session that helps burn away fat and tone muscles. This workout emphasises on balance, control and core strength for optimal fat-burning as well as traditional Pilates mat work.
We mainly focused on core and arms, however, the class still performed traditional Pilates mat movements using a variety of muscle groups.
Class Timetable
Monday – Stisted Village Hall 0930-1015 & ZOOM – 1100-1145
Tuesday – 3rd Tuesday of the month – Fitness Pilates/Mindfulness – Carers Connect – Bradwell Village Hall 1115-1200 & 0930-1015 Braitree Swim Centre
Wednesday – Wethersfield Village Hall 1100-1145
Thursday – Coggeshall Village Hall 1100-1145
Friday – 1st Friday of the month – Fitness Pilates/Mindfulness – Carers Connect – St Peters Village Hall 1115-1200
