Fitesss Pilates with Looped Resistance Bands
Todays class at Stisted Village Hall 0930-1015 we focused on using the looped resistance bands for upper and lower body. They are so versatile and great if you suffer from joint pain as its a nice way to work the body but its not intense on the joints. In the photo we had finished the workout and were flexing and extending the spine to create mobility and stretch.
