There are thousands of exercises and modifications that can be tailored to individual needs.
What I love about teaching Pilates is you don’t need fancy equipment—just mat and comfortable clothes – however I do use equipment from time to time i.e., mini ball, activation bands, resistance bands etc -they give a really interesting/challenging and fun dimension to the class.
Feeling like your part of a group can increase your motivation.
A group fitness class is a great way to meet new people and make friends. You all already share something in common: you want to be healthier!
